Ron Cavill
My name is Ron Cavill, owner and founder of Halligan Plumbing, Inc. Since founding the company in 2015, my goal has been simple: provide plumbing services built on professionalism, reliability, honesty, and quality craftsmanship.
I started my career in the fire department over 15 years ago as a young firefighter with a construction background and family roots in the plumbing and pipefitting industry. During my time off from the fire station, I worked for various plumbing companies, gaining valuable hands-on experience while learning every aspect of the trade. During that time, I also saw where those companies often fell short—poor communication, overextended crews, and inconsistent quality. Those experiences helped shape my vision for Halligan Plumbing: a company focused on doing things the right way with dependable service, clear communication, and pride in every project.
After earning my Master Plumber License, Plumbing Contractor License, and Mechanical Contractor License, I built Halligan Plumbing to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions for both residential and commercial clients. In addition to operating the company, I continue to serve as a professional firefighter-paramedic, a role that reinforces the values of integrity, accountability, and service that guide our business every day.
Korey Butler
Korey Butler serves as Superintendent and Project Manager for Halligan Plumbing, Inc. and plays a major role in the company’s continued growth by overseeing projects, managing crews, and ensuring quality work is completed in the field.
He proudly served in the United States Navy, where he worked as a plumber, building the foundation of his experience in the trade. In 2025, Korey earned his Journeyman Plumber License, further strengthening his experience and leadership within the company.
With over 15 years of full-time service as a firefighter, Korey brings strong leadership, discipline, and accountability to every project. Korey and Ron met in 2021, when Korey was looking to join a fast-growing plumbing company built on professionalism, reliability, integrity, and quality service—while continuing to take on new challenges and expand into larger projects.
His experience in both the fire service and plumbing industry, along with his leadership in the field, has made him a valuable part of Halligan Plumbing’s continued success and commitment to delivering dependable service for both residential and commercial clients.
